Insurance
will cover pre-existing condtions if paid at the time of deposit.
If the
cruise rate per person including tax but not the bus is:
1) $501-1000 then rate is $55.00 per person
2) $1001-1500 then rate is $96.00 per person
3) $1501-2000 then rate is $125.00 per person

Final
payment is due on or before January 10, 2010.
Deposits not
insurance is refundable if cancellation is made in writing 76 or more days
