Green Bean Casserole

2 cans french style green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Sour cream
Velveeta cheese
Saltine crackers
Butter or margarine

Place beans at bottom of shallow baking dish. Add soup – spread on top of beans. Do the same with sour cream. Slice Velveeta thin – layer on top. Crush saltines and place on top of casserole. Add thin pats of butter or margarine on top of crackers (all over). Place in a 425-degree oven for about 25 minutes. When brown and bubbling it is done.
