can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy
Corn Bread mix
1 cup sour
cream
2 eggs
1 stick melted
butter or margarine
½ cup chopped
onion
½ cup chopped
bell pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish
sprayed with Pam. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350º.
