Sugar Cookies

2 cup Crisco oil
3 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cup buttermilk with 2 tsp. soda (stir together)
6 cup flour – may need and additional ½ cup more
6 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. vanilla

Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Mix together dry ingredients; add to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla. Drop by ¼ cup on parchment paper on cookie sheet and sugar tops. Bake at 450º for 6 minutes.
