3/4 cup sugar |
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa |

Mix 3/4 cup sugar and butter; beat well until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, blend well. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, mix well. Shape dough into 1” balls, roll in 2 tbsp. sugar. Place 2” apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven at 400º for 7 - 10 minutes or until edges are set. Immediately press one malted milk ball into the center of each cookie. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet. |
