Ginger Oatmeal Cookies |

1 cup packed brown sugar Beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy then add egg and blend. 1/4 cup light molasses Add together these ingredients and then blend into above mixture. 2 cups quick cooking rolled oats Stir into combined mixtures above. Scoop dough with small scoop and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 10 minutes. |
