Fudge Cookies with White Chocolate Drizzle

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
3 large eggs

2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
4 oz. white chocolate plus
      1 tsp. vegetable oil - melted

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Blend in the cooled semi-sweet chocolate. Blend in the flour mixture until just combined. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 18 - 22 minutes.

When cooled drizzle melted white chocolate over cookies. Makes 3 dozen.
