Coconut Surprise

  3 oz. cream cheese
  3/4 tsp Sweet & Low (3 packets)
  1/4 tsp grated orange rind
  1/4 tsp grated lemon rind
  1 tsp chopped walnuts
  1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted

Work cheese with spoon until light and fluffy, thoroughly mix in Sweet & Low, grated rinds and walnuts. Form into 12 balls about 1" in diameter (8 grams), roll in toasted coconut. Makes 12
