How to Vote

In order for members to be eligible to vote, they must be active. That means their dues must be current. Life members are eligible. If there are any questions, contact the club president.

Ballots indicating who you'd like to see become our next club caller will be available at the club dances on Friday July 25th and Wednesday July 30th.

Rank in order of your preference from 1 to 4 with 1 being your first choice. These rankings will be used if contract negotiations fail, if a caller withdraws their name, if a majority is not apparent by counting the first choices or if some other unforeseen circumstance occurs. (Truly, we hope to not have to look at any rankings beyond #1 but we want to be ready if it is needed. We don’t intend to start the process over so be safe and fill in the rankings.)

Click here to get an absentee ballot. Absentee ballots must be received by our club secretary by July 25th. The absentee ballot must be signed and mailed (emails and faxes will not be accepted). Remember to rank in order of your preference from 1 to 4 with 1 being your first choice.

The Final Agreement

Once an agreement has been reached between the caller and our club's presidents, a vote confirming our agreement will be made by club members at a special meeting on August 8th. At that point the caller's contract will be signed by the club representatives and the caller.
