January 15, 16, 17, 2010 our campout at Wild Frontier RV Park, in Ocala, was a lot of fun.
We had 3 squares dancing.
We welcomed our visitors from Sunshine State Pioneers 018, Drift Around Squares 093, Gypsy Squares 168.
Everyone enjoyed being together for lunch on Saturday.
It was fun to visit with friends all day.
Ed Hauck, an up and coming round dance cuer, held a prompt to round dance workshop, while others played games.

We had 2 new couples join our club in January.

February 12, 13, 14 – will be the Blue Grey Festival.
We will be camping at Casey Jones RV Park in Lake City,
$24.53 a night for 30 amp and $2.00 more for 50 amp.
The campground is off  I-75 exit 423 S on US 47.

Square Wheels will sponsor Friday night dance at Teen Town Recreation Center.
We will meet at Teen Town at 3:30 PM to decorate and then go out to dinner together.

Please bring snacks for Friday night dance.
You will pay at the door for this dance.

Saturday at 2:30 PM we will meet at the GAZEBO in downtown Lake City
and do a demonstration dance as one of the entertainments for the Festival.
Everyone please come and dance.
Square Dance attire is optional,
since we will be walking up and down the main street looking at all of the Vendors.

Saturday night Blue & Grey dance will be at the Toyota Show Room on US Hwy 90 W in Lake City.
Jack Lewis is the featured caller.
Advance tickets for this dance will be available until 9:00 PM on Friday evening.

Sunday Breakfast Host will be Mary & Bill Chesnut and Jerry & Faye Wright,
at Casey Jones Rec. Hall

LOOKING FORWARD:

Saturday, Jan. 30 is the NEFSARDA’s  5^th Saturday dance at Jax Heights Elementary School,
7750 Tempest St. South, Jacksonville.

Callers are Bobby Keefe and a caller coming in direct from Las Vegas.
This will be a great dance.

Our next campout will be March 19, 20, 21
at Suwannee Valley R. V. Resort in White Springs, FL.
Please let Martha know if you are camping this weekend.
The cost is $20.00 per night.
Please let Martha know if you would like to have the steak and chicken dinners provided by the campground.
We will need 10 people or more to have them cook for us.
The cost of the dinners will be $7.50 for a chicken dinner and $9.50 for a steak dinner.
The dinners have been great in the past and a lot of fun.

Friday night the campground will have hamburgers and hot dogs with sides for $4.50.
We need volunteers for Breakfast hosts.

July 20, 21, 22, 2010 the NSDCA 2010 International Camporee will be in Orlando
at the Central Florida Fairgrounds.
