Benefits of Membership in the CFA

CFA BLOOD BANK:  Membership in the CFA entitles you to FREE blood should the need arise (even though you do not personally donate).

• When a member donates the entire household family is entitled to FREE blood

• All Donors receive a "dangle" for donating

• AFTER donating eight pints (GALLON CLUB), you receive a "bar" for you Club Badge

• Each time you donate you will receive a free pass to the next CFA 5th Saturday Dance

INSURANCE:  The United Square Dancers of America (USDA) offers CFA Members (through their club) a Commercial Liability and Accident Medical Insurance Program.  Check with your club officers to make sure your club participates.

DISASTER FUND:  The Central Florida Square & Round Dancers Association (CFA) has a disaster fund that will reimburse you for a portion of your un-insured loss in the case of a natural disaster.  Check with any CFA officer for details.

ADDITIONALLY:  Membership in the CFA offers you:

• A discount at all CFA 5^th Saturday Dances (4 - 5 per year)

• Quarterly issues of CFA's news publication, Keepin' Posted

• Enjoying the FUN and FELLOWSHIP of others who are interested in dancing

• An opportunity to lend YOUR voice to the planning and future of Square & Round Dancing in Florida

• The opportunity to take part in the organization and planning of the Florida State Square & Round Dance Convention for ALL the dancers of Florida and beyond!.

FINALLY:

• Membership dues are established at $10.00 for a first-time affiliation, which includes your badge, year bar and Keepin' Posted magazine, together with all the benefits mentioned above

• Membership renewal is $5.00 per year (October through September) and includes year bar and Keepin' Posted, together with ALL benefits mentioned above.
